1.The first thing to do is to measure and set out.Mechanical excavation can be used to reach a base of 20CM,where markings need to be made to place the centerline and edges.
2.The construction of excavating the trench foundation should reserve about 20cm at the bottom of the trench for manual cleaning of the protective side to ensure that the original soil at the bottom of the PE water supply pipe trench is not disturbed.Once stones are encountered,the site should be cleaned up in a timely manner to avoid problems if the soil is loose.
3.Before the construction of the PE water supply pipe,inspect the water supply pipe and valve fittings.Use a crane to lift the PE water supply pipe into the groove,and avoid violent collisions with the groove wall during placement.The placement position should coincide with the measurement and laying out position.
4.24 hours after the completion of the PE water supply pipe construction,a hydrostatic test should be conducted and various acceptance records should be filled out in a timely manner.After all data is normal,backfilling should be carried out and the soil in the trench should be compacted layer by layer.
Attention should be paid to the issues of backfilling and compaction:The backfill soil should not be less than 500 millimeters,and the PE water supply pipeline should ensure that the soil is backfilled when filled with water.When backfilling in trenches mixed with soil and stone,200mm to 300mm of gravel free clay should be transported from elsewhere,compacted,and then filled with other miscellaneous soil.
